We got the place!

Yep, we got it! We went and signed the lease yesterday. And we move in the weekend of Dec. 12...I am thrilled-I love moving! Bobby-not so thrilled. I am hoping to go pick up the keys and start moving most of the boxes and little stuff before he even gets off work. It would be awesome to have everything besides the huge heavy stuff but I'm not going to hold my breath. I will post pictures of it that weekend! 20 days til we move!

Cam and Cupcakes

Cam is sick. Its just a cold, but I feel so bad! He coughs so hard he throws up, his nose is so runny that when he sees me get a tissue he runs and hides. Its kindof cute. But I want to be able to be home with him when he feels crummy. I know he is totally fine with my mom, but I feel like I should be there with him. Hopefully he starts feeling better this weekend.

On a happier note: I made cupcakes tonight. Its our one month anniversary of marriage! Cheesey I know. Bobby brought roses home. <3>

Oh and still no news on the new place. Hopefully tomorrow!

Now I need to finish my careplan before tomorrow morning. Goodnight!

New Place

We have outgrown our place. We moved in over 2 1/2 years ago when it was just Bobby and myself. We got 2 bedrooms for a computer/guest room, the room then became Cam's when we found out I was pregnant. Toys are everywhere, we don't have a bathroom downstairs (and it is a pain with a toddler to run upstairs to pee), we need a washer/dryer for ourselves, and somewhat of a patio/yard. I have been IN LOVE with these townhomes a little closer to Bobby's work, my school, and my parents for sometime now. My parents do work for someone that just put theirs up for rent and offered for us to look at it and apply before listing it online. We love it and it would be perfect for us! I rushed to get the application filled out yesterday and to the property manager before closing-today my mom asked, "Did you put Bobby's truck loan on the app?" ....ummm....NO! I totally spaced! I called ASAP to let them know and the girl had already left for the day. So now I don't think we are going to find out until at least Monday or even get it. They might think I tried to hide it. I am soo bummed. I want to get our 30 days in so we can hopefully move before Christmas. I will keep you updated! Cross your fingers!

Sleep

Oh precious sleep...since starting school in August Cam has stopped sleeping through the night. He wakes up at least twice every night. I know that now he is waking up because his system is used to it and to break it I have to let him cry it out. But he screams! And we can't let our neighbors be woken up by him. I really feel like I will never get a full nights sleep ever again at this point. If anyone knows any tricks besides letting him scream it out I am willing to give it a shot.

Wedding Pictures: the story behind our photographers

I haven't gotten all of them yet. Though I have seen them and they are AMAZING! If I can figure out how to link another site on here I will link our awesome photographers blog. let's see...http://annsumiphotography.blogspot.com/
Ok I think I did it. Ann & Travis were by far our favorite wedding vendor. We are having them do our holiday pictures on the 30th. That is how much we love them!
When we moved our wedding date up by almost a year we had to cut our budget down A LOT, I got on craigslist to see what I could find for some vendors, first stop: photographers. I found a post that had a website to check out and great prices. I called Ann and the first thing I said was "Why are you so cheap?" -I didn't want to get sucked into a rip off. She told me that they (her and her husband, Travis), have fulltime jobs and photography is more of a passion that they do in their free time. I set up a meeting and went thinking we were not going to use them. They were so sweet and genuine. They asked questions and were completely honest about everything. As soon as we left Bobby said, "Let's go with them!" Which amazed me because I practically had to drag his opinions about wedding things out of him. So we did! Ann kept in constant contact with us answering any questions and dealing with me sending her "must take" pictures. Our engagement session with them was so much fun that I couldn't wait to work with them again on our wedding day. Cam was in a fantastic mood the entire time. I am so glad we found them, we not only found our wedding photographers, we found friends. Here are some of our pictures from both our engagement session and wedding:

FYI: this won't be the last time you read about Ann & Travis. We are planning on them taking all of our family pictures from now on.

Finally!

I have been thinking about starting a blog for some time now, but with everything I had going on I had no time. Now that the wedding is over and I have successfully made it through my first final, I have some time. School is getting to be more work and a little harder. When we first started someone said that the first 10 weeks was the hardest. Well, I was planning a wedding during those first 10 weeks and getting in the routine of school. It is now that the wedding is over that I am finding school a little tougher. they lied. Nutrition, Growth and Development, adn Pharmacology all at once isn't easy. I guess we will all see by Christmas how I make it through. Sit back and enjoy the ride!
